$995.00 Full Member Registration includes: 9/24 Dinner for Executive Committee and Policy Committee Chairs ONLY; Tuesday Executive Committee Meeting & Breakfast (open to all members); Tuesday conference lunch & dinner; Wednesday conference breakfast, lunch & dinner; Thursday conference breakfast, lunch & Awards Banquet; Friday breakfast only. 

$375/day Daily Rate Tuesday - Thursday. Friday is free. (daily rates include Tuesday Executive Committee Meeting & breakfast-open to all members, conference lunch & dinner; Wednesday conference breakfast, lunch & dinner; Thursday conference breakfast, lunch & Awards Banquet; Friday breakfast only.)
